Privacy notice
This privacy notice describes how Jonathan Flores Pacheco, in his personal capacity and as the person responsible for pacheco.agency, collects and processes personal data from visitors to pacheco.agency and users of its products (GymOS, DentalOS, MédicoOS), in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

Jonathan Flores Pacheco, domiciled in Coyotepec, Estado de México, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site and its products.

Personal data we collect
Through the login form we collect your email address and password, which are transmitted directly to the authentication system. We do not store passwords on this site.
Through the WhatsApp button and contact forms we may collect your name, phone number and business details.
We use a technical session cookie to keep your panel access active.
If you accept the analytics cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized browsing data (anonymized IP, device type, pages visited).
Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: enable authenticated access to your product panel, respond to contact and demo requests, and send commercial information about our products if you requested it.
We do not use your data for secondary purposes such as third-party advertising.
Data transfers
The email and password you enter in the login form are transmitted to the authentication backend operated by Ahuízotl. This transfer is necessary for the service to function.
Contact data provided via WhatsApp or forms may be processed by those platforms' operators under their own policies.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, objection)
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and to revoke any consent granted.
To exercise them, send your request to hola@talentolocal.mx with your name, the right you wish to exercise and, if possible, identification. We will respond within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP.

This notice may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document.
