Nature of the service

pacheco.agency sells WhatsApp automation SaaS platforms for businesses. Each product (GymOS, DentalOS, MédicoOS) is an independent platform accessible through a monthly subscription.

The website serves as an information portal and access point to each product's panel. The operational panels run on Ahuízotl's own infrastructure.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans have a monthly term. The first month is offered at 50% of the regular price as a trial period. From the second month onward, the full rate is charged according to the contracted plan.

Prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) plus VAT. Enterprise pricing is negotiated individually.

Cancellation can be requested at any time at hola@talentolocal.mx. No early cancellation penalty applies.

Intellectual property

The software, design, pacheco.agency brand and the names GymOS, DentalOS and MédicoOS are the property of Jonathan Flores Pacheco / Ahuízotl. The underlying technology (Coyoflow, STRATUM OMEGA) is registered with INDAUTOR.

A subscription grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the contracted product. No intellectual property rights are transferred.

Acceptable use

The client agrees to use the service lawfully and in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies. Using the products for spam, illegal content or activities that violate WhatsApp's terms is prohibited.

Misuse may result in immediate service suspension without right to a refund.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we aim for 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for interruptions to Meta (WhatsApp) services that affect product functionality.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Estado de México.
